Work Satisfaction Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any issues at no additional cost when the concern is related to our workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

Our services include the following warranty coverage:

  • Paint work: 3 years on materials and workmanship
  • Body repair: 2 years on structural work and panel repairs
  • Frame straightening: 2 years on alignment work
  • Parts and materials: Manufacturer warranty applies

Refund Conditions

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet started or in cases where we cannot complete the work as agreed. Partial refunds may apply for completed portions of work that meet quality standards.

Insurance Claims

For insurance-covered repairs, refund policies may be governed by your insurance company's procedures. We will assist in coordinating with your insurance provider to resolve any payment or coverage issues.

Resolution Process

If you have concerns about our work:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  2. Allow us to inspect the work and assess the concern
  3. Work with our team to develop an acceptable solution
  4. Complete any necessary corrective work at no additional charge
