If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any issues at no additional cost when the concern is related to our workmanship.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet started or in cases where we cannot complete the work as agreed. Partial refunds may apply for completed portions of work that meet quality standards.
For insurance-covered repairs, refund policies may be governed by your insurance company's procedures. We will assist in coordinating with your insurance provider to resolve any payment or coverage issues.
