Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Professional Truck & Auto Center provides automotive repair services including collision repair, paint services, and related automotive restoration work.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on actual inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary depending on parts availability, additional damage discovered during repair, and customer-requested modifications to the scope of work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For insurance claims, we work directly with insurance companies when possible.

Work Quality and Satisfaction

We stand behind our workmanship and use quality materials. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion so we can address any concerns.

Vehicle Storage and Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we take reasonable precautions to protect it. However, we are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles or for damage not related to the repair work being performed.

Completion Timeline

Estimated completion times are approximate and may vary based on parts availability, weather conditions, and complexity of repairs. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
